YOUR FIRST SKIN CARE VISIT:

A growing number of men and women have found skin care to be a valuable addition to their health and fitness routines. As with any new experience, you will probably have many questions about what to expect during your first skin care service. This page is designed to provide information and answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

Why do you need skin care?

Your skin is the largest, and one of the most important organs of your body. It continually breathes, taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide, even as you sleep. Through regular deep pore cleansing, facial treatments and proper at-home care, enlarged follicles in your skin will be thoroughly cleansed, allowing pores to close and breathe properly. The amazing result is a complexion with a more refined appearance and skin that is in better functioning order.

What restrictions apply?

Because certain skin conditions or medications restrict the services Anna may perform, you may be asked to supply certain health information. This precaution is taken solely in the interest of your welfare.

How long will my treatment last?

The time required for treatments varies. Please inquire about the length of your treatment when scheduling your appointment.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when services are rendered. Cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.

Appointments?

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment.

How will my hair and makeup be affected?

Facial treatments must be done on a clean face, so all makeup will be removed and hair will be pulled away from the face and covered. Every attempt will be made to cause as little disturbance as possible to your hairstyle. It is best not to reapply makeup for at least two hours after a facial, longer if possible. You may apply lip and eye makeup if they have not been included in the treatment.

What clothes should I wear?

Any special clothing needs will be discussed prior to your visit.
