Distance healing is a holistic approach to wellness that harnesses the power of energy to facilitate healing, even when the practitioner and the recipient are not in the same physical location.
How It Works
Virtual Connection:
Our session will take place through Zoom or any other suitable visual or auditory communication platform.
Guided Relaxation:
At the start of our session, I will guide you to either sit or lie down in a comfortable and relaxed position.
Energy Assessment:
As we talk, I’ll connect with your unique energy frequency, tuning into your energy patterns that may be causing distress or imbalances.
Energy Work:
I will then engage with these patterns, making subtle shifts and adjustments to promote healing and restore balance.
Empowerment Through Movement:
As a part of the healing journey, I will teach you specific movements tailored for you. These movements are designed to enhance and maintain the beneficial energy patterns we’ve initiated, ensuring your body continues its natural healing process.

Customized Elite Series
The best results are achieved when you commit to receiving a treatment once or twice a week for 6 – 12 treatments.
